Control Systems & Switchgear
PowerCo control systems offer a wide range of specification from simple manual start system to the latest state of the art automatic starting. Fully automatic synchronising including auto start/stop on load demand for multi set systems is also available. A full range of automatic transfer switches (ATS) along with a full range of operational switchgear is also available.
Mobile
Mobile generating sets are available throughout the full kva rating of the PowerCo range. Trailers (2 to 6 wheel) meet all relevant road traffic regulations and can be provided with weatherproof canopies or sound shields.
Sound Shields
Sound shield canopies are available on all PowerCo generating sets, significantly reducing noise levels emitted to comply with EC directives. Super sound shields are also available reducing emitted noise below EC directives.
Weatherproof Canopy
A compact weatherproof canopy can be provided enabling all units to be operated in outdoor locations without the need for extra protection. Access doors make maintenance easy.
Military Units
A range of generating sets are available for military use, covering a wide range variety of specification suitable for communications and radar systems. Sets are specially designed for rugged use and can be canopied, mobile (from 2 to 6 wheel trailers) containerised or portable.
Telecoms
PowerCo specialise in supplying generating sets to the telecommunications industry. These can consist of single, dual or triple generating sets housed in building or in containers. Designed to meet the most arduous conditions for local or remote sites, including extended unattended running and remote monitoring. Control systems are compatible to enable remote control and operation.
Portable
PowerCo offer a full range of portable generating sets from 1 to 15kva using renowned diesel and petrol engines. 1500rpm and 3000rpm units are available.
Containerised
PowerCo containerised units are designed for swift on-site power. Fully weather protected and noise reduced if required. Units can be installed with the minimum of on-site preparation and work. Easy access is provided for operations and maintenance.
